The ISR is situated quietly along the river Inn and is separated from the river only by a small path for bikers and pedestrians. Both Kufstein city center (10 min.) and Fachhochschule Kufstein (15 min.) are at walking distance.
On the ground floor you will find a Cafeteria with a sunny terrace and a lobby for students. Car and motorbike parking spaces can be rented in the underground car park. We also offer a bicycle storage room as well as a laundry equipped with washing machines and driers.
Within a short time the Cafeteria and the lobby have become a popular meeting place for national and international students. Two television sets and a coffee machine are for the students' use. The cafeteria also provides a dishwasher, a microwave and two oven.
Each student has their own living and bed room. In the double studios only the shower / WC and the kitchen are shared with a fellow student.
All studios are fully furnished and offer a completely fitted sanitary unit. For a small fee you can rent a basic equipment of crockery. A small fee is charged for the provision of bed linen.
