An overview of the most important sub-areas of business economics, ability to solve simple business economic problems using case studies and knowledge of accounting as a basis for creating the annual statement of accounts.

Course contents:
The fundamentals of business management, explaining business management as a science, business management decision-making, teaching constitutive business decisions (legal forms, decision on location, corporation mergers) and functional business decisions (materials management, production management, marketing, financial management, accounting), representation of operational management decisions (management and strategy, planning and control, personnel and organisation, management and ethics).
