Learning outcomes of course unit:
Students should become familiar with the fundamental concepts and characteristics of foundation management in general and foundation planning in particular. They will have knowledge of the components of foundation planning. They will be able to develop solution strategies for typical problem areas of establishing corporations, location, legal form, marketing, financing.
