Students who complete this course will have detailed knowledge of the aspects related to liability law for business administration, punishment risks for management that are also relevant to the development and implementation of business, divisional and functional strategies. Concepts of strategic development will be taught in the context of business security with the goal of sustained business success

Course contents:
Overview of criminal law, public-legal and criminal responsibility, liability and insurance issues, avoiding liability and aspects related to competition and corporate law.
