Learning outcomes of course unit:
Students who complete this course will have detailed knowledge of the possibilities for modelling, planning, managing and implementing alternative business models. This knowledge will be developed with integrated case studies.
Course contents:
As part of this course, current case studies related to business management will be studied in particular in cooperation with small and medium-sized businesses. Students will develop independent approaches and strategies for solving management-related problems from business practise. The following potential issues will be studied: Financial and performance problems, staff and organisational issues with special attention to a holistic and systematic reflection on knowledge thus gained.
