Learning outcomes of course unit:
Students who complete this course will have detailed knowledge of the processes of establishing a company and ERP information systems for planning and controlling business resources and processes.

Course contents:
The basis for this course is: simulation of complex business environment and scenario technology as a basis for sustained and innovative decision-making for the company's management. Thus, integrated case studies are available to identify early erroneous trends during and after the establishment phase. Practical implementation of a business plan and subsequent critical appraisal by a jury.
