Students who complete this course will have a basic knowledge of statistical methods and procedures to analyse (economic) data, a basic knowledge of database management and will master the most important normative, descriptive and prescriptive concepts of management-oriented decision-making and planning.

Course contents:
Teaching of a solid knowledge of basic statistical concepts. Ability to evaluate and interpret statistical data. Presentation of basic statistical concepts: empirical distributions, means, measures of dispersion, calculation of probability, random variable.
