Students who complete this course will have detailed knowledge of the tasks, methods and processes in staff functional and resource areas with an emphasis on human resource management, as well as a basic knowledge of the resource management process in the areas of procurement, production and logistics.

Course contents:
History and concepts; concept of supply chain management (SCM); SCM strategies; supply: Customer relationship management, sourcing strategies, procurement strategies, E-supply chain and waste, SCM instruments, inventory reduction, reducing freight costs, information acquisition, quality assurance; controlling the supply chain.
