Learning outcomes of course unit:
Those who complete the course will learn how to generate knowledge from information and implement sustained competitive advantages that can be measured as business successes. Students will reflect on practical experiences as part of the mentoring process. Strategic questions can be analysed and evaluated for various stages of the business cycle. Problems of ethics and sustainability can be critically reflected on in normative management. Current problems and questions related to business management can be integrated, in particular in light of more recent development lines (knowledge orientation of business management, leadership and change management).

Completion of the fifth semester
Course contents:
Representation, assessment and reflection on current orientations and actual problems in business management practise in a national and international context; selected aspects of business management (e.g. environmental management, security management, quality management systems)
