Key learning outcomes

The graduates are able to do the following:

  • They define, evaluate and apply procedural models, methods and tools used for customization.
  • They have the capability to analyze, model and design business processes and to apply the methods and tools used to represent business processes.
  • They are able to identify and selectively use the potential of eBusiness in its different forms such as eCommerce, eProcurement, Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management within a business context. They are able to identify the typical strategic, tactical and operational questions and problems of eBusiness, describe and evaluate alternative solutions and develop integrated concepts for business applications.
