Transport & Production Logistics FT

The economy is becoming increasingly complex as a result of globalization and companies are being confronted with new choices. Graduates of this innovative master’s degree program are equipped to provide professional support for the difficult challenges that are particularly evident in the areas of transport logistics and (industrial) production. Problem solving, recognition and modeling skills combined with domain-specific knowledge make them versatile experts in various fields of transport and production logistics.

Living Interdisciplinarity

Openness in thinking, interrelated knowledge and a broad spectrum of analytical skills is what characterizes the specialists of tomorrow. Within the framework of a strong interdisciplinary education, core competences of modeling and analysis, simulation, operations research applications and information sciences are taught, while a sound knowledge is provided in the application domains “Transport Logistics” and “Production Systems.”

This scope is also reflected in the admission requirements: The master’s degree is open to graduates with technical, natural-science and economic study backgrounds.

International and Practical

Through course projects with integrative case studies as well as case studies using real business practice, students are given an early, practical insight into their future fields of work. Flexible electives in the 3rd and 4th semesters allow for individual specialization. In line with the international orientation of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, this degree program also focuses on stays abroad and language training. With opportunities in a variety of fields, the world’s doors are therefore wide open to our highly sought-after graduates.
