Prof. (FH) Dr. Johannes Lüthi

The FH Kufstein is pleased to announce the appointment of Prof. (FH) Dr. Johannes Lüthi to the position of president. Formerly vice-president, Dr. Lüthi succeeds Univ.-Prof. Dr. Hans Moser, thus ensuring continuity in the development of the FH Kufstein.

Johannes Lüthi studied Mathematics at the University of Vienna. There, from 1995 to 1997, he was a research assistant at the Institute of Applied Informatics, working on his dissertation in the field of Applied Mathematics towards his doctoral degree. Since August 2002, Dr. Lüthi has been a member of the faculty Business Informatics at the FH Kufstein, where he covers the areas of Technical Informatics and Mathematics, and in 2008 he was conferred the title of professor. In addition to his commitment to teaching, Dr. Lüthi is actively involved in research on model construction and computer simulation as well as capacity planning and performance evaluation for computer and communication systems.
