The International FM & REM Congress takes place in Kufstein for the 14th time. With this congress the studies of Facility & Real Estate Management offer a platform for the economy, the scientific community and students of the Facility Management & Real Estate branch as well as the energy branch. From January 19 to 20, 2012, the main topic is “Mobility versus Immobility”.

FH Kufstein Tirol offer the studies Facility & Real Estate Management in part-time and a full-time since 1997. In 2008 the part-time master program Facility & Real Estate Management started.
