The University of Latvia combines diverse research, study and innovative activities in order to achieve an internationally recognised higher education and developed science. In today’s rapidly changing circumstances, it is especially necessary to transfer theoretical knowledge to concrete economic sectors in order to promote the growth of both each individual undertaking and the economy as a whole.
The Doctorate programme in Business Administration is a great opportunity also for professionals, who have already acquired a Masters Degree, to improve their skills in research work and to immediately utilise these skills in their professional work; to extend their knowledge of the interaction and linkages of the internal and external environment in respect of business activities, and to utilise various econometric and management methods in business activities, as well as to enrich their experience by exchanging points of view with other professionals, based on solid and advanced scientific knowledge.
The University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Research Corporation in co-operation with the partner institutions of the European Universities Consortium is an excellent association for the achievement of the high aims of this study programme and for the students themselves.

Es ist uns eine ganz besondere Freude und es ehrt uns als Fachhochschule Kufstein Tirol Forschungsgesellschaft außerordentlich, dass wir die traditionsreiche Universität Riga gewinnen konnten, mit uns eine Kooperation zur Durchführung des Doktoratsprogramms in Management Science zu etablieren.
