Students develop the ability to analyse and evaluate the need for the establishment of new infrastructures and the renovation of existing infrastructures. They know the role of stakeholders in the design of infrastructure (public authorities, clients, investors, future operators) and are competent in negotiating with them. They have the necessary know-how for the efficient marketing and the economic management of real estate.
