Best Employer among Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences

The business magazine trend, together with kununu, Statista, and XING, has once again determined the 300 best employers in Austria. This year, the FH took 20th place, and among universities of applied sciences, the University even took first place.

A total of 1,400 Austrian companies were selected for the survey and compared and evaluated with the best in the industry. The University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol (FH Kufstein Tirol) is one of the 300 best employers and takes 2nd place in the “Education and Research” industry comparison. In the Austrian higher education in the applied sciences sector, the international university even takes first place.

Best employer among Austrian universities of applied sciences

The FH Kufstein Tirol was able to rise significantly in the “Education and Research” sector compared to 2020, from 14th to 2nd place, proving once again that modern management leads to success. With flexible working time models, an open culture, and intensive internal exchange, the FH Kufstein Tirol promotes a pleasant and creative working environment.

The ranking

In this year’s ranking, 1,400 Austrian companies were selected based on the criteria that the company has at least 200 employees and is part of one of 19 predefined sectors. Over 200,000 ratings were collected through four different rating channels. In addition, more than 11,000 employer ratings on the kununu platform were taken into account.
