Great ideas in just 120 seconds

20.10.2017 | General
The FH Kufstein Tirol recently hosted one of three castings held as part of the project 120 Seconds designed to identify great ideas with big potential.

Nine people used the opportunity to present their ideas to a panel of experts in just 120 seconds. Six business ideas made it into the final in Innsbruck on 24 October after strict examination by Dipl.-Kfm. Karin Steiner (FH Kufstein Tirol), Markus Gwiggner (styleflasher.newmedia) and Peter Teuschel (Stadtwerke Wörgl). The concepts covered a wide range of areas, from flexible mobile advertising to a new software platform for building projects, an SOS function on private mobile phones, sensors for strategic data analysis, an education tree as a model of societies in the future and a service to help drivers who have broken down abroad.

All applicants also qualified automatically for the FIT4BUSINESS 2017 competition run by the innovation platform Kufstein i.ku. The winners of this LEADER-supported contest can look forward to cash prizes and valuable feedback on market opportunities and ideas on how to implement their concepts. The deadline for applications is 8 November 2017: www.fh-kufstein.ac.at/fit4business.
