• are familiar with the tasks, methods and processes in the functional and resource-based fields of human resources.
• understand the essential problems and solution approaches of human resource steering and human resource management.
• are familiar with the most important task areas, concepts and tools of modern human resource management and are able to shape task areas relevant for management.
• are familiar with the essential structural and process concepts of business practice and understand the connection between human resource development and organizational development.

Acquisition of the fundamentals of human resource management studies and human resource management (development phases in the human resource sector, tasks and responsible bodies of human resource work, human resource planning, determination of human resource demand, job-related factors that influence the planning of human resource employment, human resource costs and relevant data, participation models, forms of payment and remuneration, payment analysis, forms of human resource assessment, techniques of human resource selection, selected motivation and management theories, introduction and practice, fluctuation costs, human resource development, work time models).

Acquisition of the fundamentals about human resource management (management concepts and management styles; methods of human resource management, case examples for individual and team-oriented management behavior).

Concepts and tools used in structural and process organization. Interaction between the development of human resources and the development of organizations.
