Learning outcomes of course unit

Students are able to academically analyze a topic related to the specialist field of business management and to formulate a key question independently. They learn to organize themselves and manage their time. Students learn how to put theoretical knowledge acquired during the study into practice when writing their Bachelor thesis. Students have analytical skills and academic skills to reflect on business-specific problems.

In the course Bachelor Thesis Seminar I students receive support on content and methods when producing their first Bachelor thesis. The content of the first Bachelor thesis is linked to the teaching content in the 3rd semester. Students provide regular progress reports on their first Bachelor thesis (Bachelor thesis 1). Their tutor supports them with the writing of this Bachelor thesis by providing advice and sample documents.
