Graduates are able to: - describe and apply valuation procedures. - produce and analyze real estate valuations for different types of building uses. - evaluate and assess valuations in a critical way.

- Information gathering - Standardized national assessment procedures - Assessment of laws and encumbrances as well as other circumstances affecting value - Structuring of expert reports and assessment software - Autonomous assessment of a real object and/or of assessment sub-areas - Basics of international procedures
