Graduates are able to: - prepare and hold presentations. - use the necessary techniques and media in an appropriate way. - identify, recognize and effectively employ the aspects of voice and pronunciation, appearance and body language, eye contact, facial expression and gestures. - recognize risks in presentations and implement possible solutions.

- structure, content and form of a presentation - preparation: targets, target audience / listeners / viewers, quantity of material, language, opening, main part, conclusion, design - Structure: welcome, introducing yourself, rules (e.g. for questions), presentation - language, gestures, facial expression, posture - media: software-supported presentation, overhead projector, whiteboard / blackboard, flipchart, mixture of media
