Learning outcomes of course unit

Graduates are able to: - present important cornerstones of the planning and construction phases. - describe the principles of design rules as well as to analyze given examples and apply the rules when carrying out their own work. - describe important dates, characteristics and contexts of architectural history and identify them in existing buildings. - describe building typologies and identify them in complex contexts as well as to create and present specific functions for different usage requirements of buildings. - create (2D and 3D) sketches to be used as basic communication tools in the building sector. - draw up simple building designs together with the respective plans.
