Learning outcomes of course unit

Graduates are able to: - describe basic concepts related to building technology. - assess buildings from a building technology perspective. - take necessary decisions on building technology for the construction, adaptation and refurbishment of a building as well as to identify the respective decision-making basis for management. - describe basic concepts related to structural analysis. - describe basic concepts related to structural defects and construction faults. - estimate the cost of construction projects.
