Graduates are able to select a specific topic from the field of facility management and the real estate industry, to analyze this topic in an academic manner and to formulate their own research question. Independent organization, time management, research skills and the ability to express themselves are further developed.

Students provide regular progress reports on their second Bachelor thesis (Bachelor thesis 2). Their tutor supports them with the writing of this second Bachelor thesis by providing advice and sample documents.
