- Applied principles of civil law - Acquisition of ownership - Tenancy law - Home ownership law - Knowledge of bureaucracy and authorities from a real estate industry point of view - Other laws for the real estate industry, e. g. consumer protection law, heating bill law, construction coordination law, Energy Performance Certificate Act, property development law, architectural law, etc. - Contracts for the real estate industry, e. g. lease contract law, apartment ownership contracts, etc.
