Learning outcomes of course unit

Students are able to:
 identify and classify legal problems in practice (e.g. private law, commercial law, European
law, etc.).
 find sources of law and research information on their own.
 differentiate between different legal problems and find a solution approach on their own.
 use specific case studies to analyse common practical problems.
 understand a legal topic on their own and then explain it to others.

 EU institutions, EU sources of law, fundamental freedoms of the single market
