know the key concepts of macroeconomics;
be able to classify current economic developments according to macroeconomic principles;

prerequisites and co-requisites
This course is an introduction to macroeconomics, covering the theoretical concepts and models necessary to analyze macroeconmic topics. These theoretical concepts and models are used to examine problems currently important to nation states, the EU or the entire world.
