Students learn the fundamentals of human resources and personnel management: development phases in personnel management, tasks in personnel management, personnel planning, determining staffing needs, position-related factors influencing staff planning, personnel costs, personnel cost figures, salary determination, participation models, forms of remuneration, calculating remuneration, personnel evaluation, personnel selection techniques, motivation theories, introduction and training, fluctuation costs, personnel development, working time models, management theories.
