Students will:
learn to structure and plan projects, and work in teams;
manage projects responsibly, with the help of standard project planning software;
be able to write product requirement documents and a final paper.

course contents

Project Management will provide students with an overview of the topic and focus on the organization of project management and teams, as well as the planning of projects. Students will learn to write product requirement documents and gain insight on how to deal with any difficulties that may arise with the project itself or with the team members. Students will apply what they have learned in the second half of the course, when they will also learn how to use a marketable project management tool.
