This continuation to the introductory English course places a strong emphasis on developing the students’ argumentation skills and improving their business English skills. Students will be introduced to the challenges of business English using real-life examples so that they are ideally prepared to speak English in their professional environment. Some relevant topics will be explored in more detail. This includes the following topics:
- Analysis of marketing case studies and papers
- Convincing presentation of entrepreneurial ideas/companies
- Discussion of a book on a relevant topic
- Application documents and job interview in English
- Surveys/interviews
- Presentation of a marketing strategy for addressing a specific problem
