- can gather and formulate information needs,
- can formulate contents of an IT strategy
- can name and define components and parts of information systems
- know tasks of information management (quality management, life cycle management, security management, catastrophe management, etc.)
- know tools and procedures of information management
- know structure and organization of IT departments
- know current challenges in enterprises (e.g. on demand, cloud, mobilization, information anywhere (end devices))
- know established standards in information management environment (COBIT,ITIL)
- know current technologies and developments in information management environment
- know requirements towards employees of IT departments
