- can use tools of process improvement

- know types of process models and know when to use them
- can document process in the most significant notations (eEPK, BPMN, DIN)
- know the most important process modeling software and can document processes in selected software
- can analyze actual state processes
- can measure actual state processes
- can design target processes

- Methods of process improvement (BPR, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management, etc.)
- methods and tools of business process modeling (process architecture, process landscape, flowchart)
- methods of measuring, resp. analyzing business processes (data measurement plan, analysis of interfaces, value-add and non-value-add activities, process stability, process capability)
- methods of designing business processes (design of experiment, design for service, lean management)
