* Knows the importance of change management for improving processes and for the introduction of ERP systems
* Knows the most important approaches, models and terms
* Understands the individual and social aspects of change and knows the main causes of resistance and conflicts
* Knows process models or methods, techniques and tools for change management
* Can integrate the topic of change management in change projects and can apply process models or methods, techniques and tools to specific practical cases
