- evaluate and perform life-cycle costing calculations in the field of facility management
- analyse and perform life-cycle assessment in the field of facility management.

Basics of investing and business case, architecture, building construction, construction and materials science (Bachelor level)

- Life-cycle costs of buildings
- Life-cycle costs of parts of buildings
- Analysis of cost drivers and optimisation
