- Data sources relevant to real-estate and the analysis thereof
- Data management specific to facility management and real-estate management services
- Descriptive evaluations
- Regression analysis
- Practical applications with the help of statistical programmes
- Working with interfaces between statistical software and geographic information systems
- Spatial statistical methods
