Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
- recognise, analyse and perform standardised and non-standardised valuation procedures
- identify and understand special cases in valuation and develop possible solutions
- analyse portfolio valuations
- identify, analyse and critically evaluate research areas in the valuation of properties.
