The graduate, the student:
* Knows important contents of contract law with special reference to information systems, internet and social media
* Knows important contents of labor and company law with special reference to service contracts and the legal situation of executives
* Knows important contents of data protection law (special features in handling personal data, anonymization, etc.)
* Knows important contents of telecommunications law
* Can consider data protection aspects in ERP projects

* Definitions
* Basic data protection regulation, in particular with regard to specially protected data
* Rights of data subjects
* Organizational measures for the protection of personal data
* Criminal/civil law aspects
* Legal particularities of commissioned data processing and cross-border data traffic
