- can gather requirements for e.g. ERP, CRM, SRM systems (requirement specifications)
- know process of requirement engineering
- know methods of gathering customer requirements (i.a. questionnaire, interviews)
- can document requirements (i.a. UML)
- can evaluate requirement
- know methods for validation of requirements (i.a. quality criteria for requirement,
testing techniques (reviews, prototypes, tests))
- can manage implementation of requirements
- know IT tools for support of requirement management
