-Contents of contract law (conclusion of contract, binding offers, peculiarities of purchase contracts, cancellation of contracts, warranty, guarantee, product liability, etc.)
- Basic concepts of employment law (difference between employment contracts and work contracts, structure and systematics of labour law,
service contract – freelance service contract, termination of service contract).
- Basic concepts of commercial and corporate law (businessman - company – commercial register, entrepreneur and consumer, articles of association – types of companies,
civil law company, OG (general partnership) – KG (limited partnership), GmbH (limited liability company and special forms, AG (public limited company)).
- Tasks of a GmbH general manager, liability and liability prophylaxis
- Basic concepts of e-commerce (definitions, electronic/automated declarations of intent, concluding contracts over the Internet, General Terms and Conditions ACT, special laws (E-commerce Law, Distance Selling Act, Signature Law), provider liability,country-of-origin principle – IPRG, Internet Domain Law, peculiarities of B2B transactions
