- Can communicate benefits of Quality Management
- Know procedures of quality planning on company level
- Know process of Quality Management (Deming Cycle, etc.)
- Know most significant parameters for the evaluation of quality management systems
- Know organizational implementation of quality management in enterprises
Quality standards:
- Know most important standards (ISO,etc.)
- Know maturity models (CMMI, EFQM, Business Excellence, etc.)

Auditing, Certification:
- Know auditing procedures
- Know certification procedures in enterprises (ISO, CMMI, EFQM, etc.)
IT support in quality manangement:
- know IT systems for supporting quality management (e.g. integrated QM systems)
