- know the fundamentals of rhetoric
- can argue convincingly

- can plan workshops (e.g. schedule)
- can moderate workshops (e.g. when gathering processes and IT requirements)
- know phases of moderation (e.g. opening, finding ideas, prioritization)
- know moderation techniques (e.g. card technique, affinity grouping, multi voting
- can apply modern media (moderating teleconferences, moderating with smart boards)

- Presentation, rhetoric and techniques.
- Content, structure, script know-how, presentation and intervention.
-Interdisciplinary presentation and moderation techniques, dialogue presentations.
-Planning and performing moderations with exercises, short moderations,
moderation techniques, group processes, reflection and creativity techniques.
