Functions of project management as part of
an introductory project to introduce restructuring of
information systems. Duties of project leaders, project management tools
and methods, case study practice or
a case study as part of a student project with an actual
employer. Sample topics: Organisation: Project design,
cycle and organization, methods, tools, phase concepts,
social skills
