The students understand regulation as a central element of energy network management for conflicts between customer and owner interests. They understood and internalized the role and duties of the regulator and network operator. The students possess knowledge about intuitive and analytical methods of acquisition of expertise for energy network regulation in combination with the modelling of partial facts.
