Learning outcomes of course unit

The students have acquired a fundamental knowledge of the essential methods and tools for the successful management of project development of energy plants. They have detailed knowledge of the differences in project structure and project processing for different types of plants. They possess understanding for important aspects of planning and development of different energy plants from the company’s and the energy industry’s perspective.
The students obtain a familiarity with management and controlling by means of practicing the theoretical principles on case studies of simple projects.
