Learning outcomes of course unit

The students possess a basic knowledge of legal sources, subsumption techniques and law principles, master the theoretical principles of legal conflict resolution (litigation, arbitration, mediation) and have knowledge of the fundamental principles of energy contract law and energy industry law. They possess a basic understanding of the energy laws of selected countries.
