Implementation of simulation examples with students on demand and supply aspects, which involve real-estate competition procedures and lead to the design of industry-relevant regulations in the form of a 'letter of intent' (LoI), particularly focused on:
- commercial rental and leasing contracts
- operational and management contracts in the hotelier and hospitality industries
- specific real-estate purchase agreements with options, construction obligations etc.
- financing agreements
- architectural contracts
- construction contracts
- urban development contracts
- company law contracts in connection to fund structures etc.
