Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
- understand the economic legal sectors in real-estate and their principles and identify and analyse their legal aspects
- classify the economic legal sectors in real-estate in the context of a holistic project and derive recommendations for action
- identify, analyse and critically evaluate current legal issues in real-estate.
