Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
- independently tackle relevant practical topics from the field of facility and real-estate management
- publish scientific work
- apply and critically reflect on project management.

- Basics Architecture, Building or Property Management (Bachelor level)
- Lectures of the 1st semester

course contents

In this course students will work on a comprehensive and interdisciplinary problem to enhance their knowledge. The project will be carried out with partners from industry, science and NPOs. In the scope of the practical project current course specific projects will also be supported.
