- Negotiation, mediation, conflict management (e.g. nature of conflicts, characteristics, processes; communicative and problem-solving skills; conflict escalation; cross-cultural conflict management; resolution of conflicts, interventions, third party roles, peace-building initiatives, mediation; culture of meetings; negotiation skills)
