Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
- apply the range of performance and level of quality necessary for efficient real estate management
- compile in-sourcing and outsourcing strategies in real-estate management with 'make-or-buy decisions'
- compile market structures and market developments with respect to various real-estate management services
- analyse and apply different negotiation strategies on a case-by-case basis
- strategically, organizationally and operatively efficiently compile and apply service relationships.
